The AHRI Board of Directors and
staff look forward to welcoming you to the Wyndham
Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort for the 2019 AHRI Leadership
Forum. The sapphire Atlantic Ocean, verdant golf courses, and lush El
Yunque Rainforest border the resort, ensuring stunning views all around. The
laid-back beach hotel & resort is comprised of endless activities, an array
of delicious restaurants and lively bars, sparkling pools, and a secluded sandy
beach. This is the ideal setting for a memorable meeting.
November temperatures average 84
degrees high and 77 degrees low.
RECOMMENDED
ATTIRE
Suggested
dress for the main sessions, breakout meetings, breakfast, and lunch is
resort/country club casual. Casual attire, including dress shorts, is
recommended for the Sunday evening opening reception, and this year’s
Chairman’s Dinner-Dance theme is “Caribbean Vibes,” so bring out your Key
West/Jimmy Buffet best!

Registration
for the AHRI Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies,
qualified sponsoring company representatives, working press representatives,
and invited guests. Please note that some sessions are invitation-only.

Online registration for the Leadership Forum will close at
5:00 pm on Friday, November 1. After November 1, registration is available on-site only, during
the following dates and times:

The
registration fee covers attendance at all general sessions, main sessions, and breakout
meetings; the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry
Awards, and Keynote Address; Women’s Professional Networking Breakfast; Incoming
Chairman’s Luncheon, Sports Awards, and closing Keynote Address; and the
Chairman's Dinner-Dance. Sporting events, sightseeing tours, and the spouse
event are priced separately and are not included in the registration fee.
Please include payment for these activities with your registration fee.
Spouse/Guest
Registration
The
registration fee for a spouse or guest (not a business colleague) accompanying
a member registrant is complimentary and entitles that person to attend the
Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and
Keynote Address; Women’s Professional Networking Breakfast; Incoming Chairman’s
Luncheon, Sports Awards and closing Keynote Address; and the Chairman's
Dinner-Dance. Spouses and guests may not attend breakout meetings.
When
registering your guest, please ensure you provide his or her email address in
the required email entry field on the registration page.
Payment
AHRI
accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellations
Registration
cancellations will incur a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided,
less the $100 fee, if AHRI receives cancellation notice via email by October 25.
After October 25, no refunds will be given, but attendee substitutions will be
allowed. To cancel or request a substitution, email Lauren Miller at lmiller@ahrinet.org.

REGISTER
Please
check the appropriate areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions,
breakout meetings, social functions, sports activities, and tours you and your
spouse/guest will attend. Your registration confirmation will be sent to the
email address you provide.
Please
complete the “Registration Questions” section of the
registration form by listing the following information, if applicable: your
emergency contact information; any dietary restrictions; your golf
handicap and foursome request; rental clubs request; tennis rating; any tour
restrictions; your t-shirt size if you will participate in the Rees Scholarship
Foundation 5K Fun Run/Walk; and any other personal information we might need to
make your participation more enjoyable.
If you have already registered and need to add
your spouse/guest or otherwise modify your registration, please follow these
steps:

Transactions”
Scroll down and click the “Add Spouse” or “Add
Session” link next to the event title AHRI’s 2019 Leadership Forum.
NOTE: Please make sure you do not click “Add Session” next to the
“Spouse” if you are adding sessions to your own agenda.
PRESS
Registration
is complimentary for the first two (2) representatives from a qualified working
press organization. After the first two representatives, press from the same
company will be charged the full registration fee.
OPTIONAL
SPORTS AND TOURS
Sporting
events and tours have been arranged for your enjoyment during the AHRI
Leadership Forum. Operation of individual tours is subject to a minimum number
of registrants. If a tour does not meet its minimum, it will be cancelled, and
you will be notified and will receive a full refund or the option to join
another tour on a space-available basis with the original fee
applied. Include payment for all tours and sporting events with the AHRI
registration fee. See the Sports, Tours, and Spouse Event tab
of the registration site for further details.
AHRI
POLICY ON PRIVATE SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
The
AHRI policy pertaining to private group social functions during the period of
the Leadership Forum is as follows:
"Member
companies are encouraged to avoid scheduling any private group social functions
during the period of the AHRI Leadership Forum. If any such functions are held,
they should be scheduled in all cases to avoid any conflict with programmed
AHRI meetings or social functions."
