Housing Reservations
$183.00 per night, plus state and local taxes, currently 10%. The complete meeting package includes your guest room; dinner the day of arrival; breakfast, lunch, and dinner the following day; and breakfast and lunch the day of departure. Refreshment breaks throughout the day are also included, along with complimentary parking.

The housing reservation cut-off is February 23, 2011. Cancellations of reservations will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2011. After March 1, cancellations will be billed one night’s room and tax. No shows will be billed the length of the stay, plus applicable taxes to the credit card provided when making the reservation.
Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. and check-out is 1:00 p.m. Guests arriving prior to 5:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk of the Conference Center can provide luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.
Day Guests (those not staying at the National Conference Center) must register at the National Conference Center’s Reception Desk for a fee of $65.00 per person per day. Only lunch is included in the Day Guest package. Any spouses sharing a room with a meeting attendee will be charged the Day Guest rate.
