GENERAL INFORMATION
The AHRI Board of Directors and staff look forward to welcoming you to the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa, a premier resort featuring the best in western style, luxury, and hospitality. The colorful settings and panoramic views of the mountains and city lights will set the stage for a great event. This resort offers five delectable restaurants, inspiring indoor and outdoor meeting facilities, a spa that rejuvenates, a lazy river, and a golf course surrounded by lush desert and mountain landscapes.
 
November temperatures average 74 degrees high and 48 degrees low.
 
 
RECOMMENDED ATTIRE
Suggested dress for the main sessions, breakout meetings, breakfast, and lunch is resort/country club casual. Casual attire is recommended for the Sunday evening opening reception, and this year’s Chairman’s Dinner-Dance dress code will be your 1970s best! 
 
 
REGISTRATION
Registration for the AHRI Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies, qualified sponsoring company representatives, working press representatives, and invited guests. 
 
Registration Fees

Early Registration (by Sept. 27):                                       $800.00

Regular Registration (Sept. 28 – Oct. 26):                        $850.00

Late Registration (after Oct. 26 and on-site):                    $900.00

 

Online registration for the AHRI Leadership Forum will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 5. After November 5, registration is available on-site only, during the following dates and times:

Saturday, Nov. 10          12:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Sunday, Nov. 11 
            7:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M.
Monday, Nov. 12 
            7:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Tuesday, Nov. 13            7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.


The registration fee covers attendance at all general sessions, main sessions, and breakout meetings; the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Address; Women’s Professional Networking Breakfast; Incoming Chairman’s Luncheon, Sports Awards, and Closing Keynote Address; and the Chairman's Dinner-Dance. Sporting events, sightseeing tours, the spouse event, and the Commercial Refrigeration Dinner are priced separately and are not included in the registration fee. Please include payment for these activities with your registration fee.

 
 
Spouse/Guest Registration
The registration fee for a spouse or guest (not a business colleague) accompanying a member registrant is complimentary and entitles that person to attend the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Address; Women’s Professional Networking Breakfast; Incoming Chairman’s Luncheon, Sports Awards and Keynote Speaker; and the Chairman's Dinner-Dance. Spouses and guests may not attend breakout meetings.
 
When registering your guest, please ensure you provide their email address in the required email entry field on the registration page.
 
 
Payment
AHRI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
 
 
Cancellations
Registration cancellations will incur a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided, less the $100 fee, if AHRI receives cancellation notice via email by October 26. After October 26, no refunds will be given. Attendee substitutions will be allowed. To cancel or request a substitution, email Katie Nord at KNord@ahrinet.org
 
 
TO REGISTER
Please check the appropriate areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions, breakout meetings, social functions, sports activities, and tours you and your spouse/guest will attend. Your registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
 
Please complete the “Registration Questions” section of the registration form by listing the following information, if applicable: your emergency contact information; any dietary restrictions; your golf handicap and foursome request; rental clubs request; tennis rating; any tour restrictions; your t-shirt size if you will participate in the Rees Scholarship Foundation 5K Fun Run/Walk; and any other personal information we might need to make your participation more enjoyable.
 

If you have already registered and need to add your spouse/guest or otherwise modify your registration, please follow these steps:

 

  •           Login with your email and password
  •           Click on the tab above that says “My Transactions”
  •           Scroll down and click the “Add Spouse” or “Add Session” link next to the event title AHRI’s 2018 Leadership Forum 
 
NOTE: Please make sure you do not click “Add Session” next to the Reg. Type “Spouse” if you are trying to add sessions to your own agenda.   
 
 
PRESS
Registration is complimentary for the first two (2) representatives from a qualified working press organization. After the first two representatives, press from the same company will be charged the full registration fee. 
 
 
OPTIONAL SPORTS AND TOURS
Sporting events and tours have been arranged for your enjoyment during the AHRI Leadership Forum. Operation of individual tours is subject to a minimum number of registrants. If a tour does not meet its minimum, it will be cancelled, and you will be notified and will receive a full refund or the option of joining another tour on a space-available basis with the original fee applied. Include payment for all tours and sporting events with the AHRI registration fee. See the Sports, Tours, and Spouse Event tab of the registration site for further details.
 
 
AHRI POLICY ON PRIVATE SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
The AHRI policy pertaining to private group social functions during the period of the Leadership Forum is as follows:
 
"Member companies are encouraged to avoid scheduling any private group social functions during the period of the AHRI Leadership Forum. If any such functions are held, they should be scheduled in all cases so as to avoid any conflict with programmed AHRI meetings or social functions."
