GENERAL INFORMATION
The AHRI Board of Directors and staff look forward to
welcoming you to the first-ever virtual Leadership Forum! While we prefer to
meet in person, this year continues to present a number of unforeseen challenges;
so with your health and safety in mind, the Board of Directors decided it best
to meet in a virtual setting. We are pleased to present an exciting program of
events, including the traditional Sector Leadership Council Meetings,
distinguished keynote speakers, and panel sessions on pertinent industry topics
that you have come to expect. We also invite you to register for this year’s
virtual 5K in support of the Rees Scholarship Program and to do so early to
enjoy several surprises we have in store. Thank you for your continued support of
AHRI, and we look forward to welcoming you to the 2020 Virtual Leadership
Forum!
REGISTRATION
Registration for the AHRI
Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies, qualified
sponsoring company representatives, and members of the trade press.
Registration Fee: $150.00
Online registration for the Leadership
Forum will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11.
The registration fee covers
attendance at all sessions. The Rees Scholarship Foundation Virtual 5K Run/Walk
is priced separately and is not included in the registration fee. Please
include payment for both the virtual 5K and your registration fee to
participate in both events.
AHRI is committed to finding
ways to bring our Leadership Forum to you, wherever you may be. The first 350
registrants will receive a surprise, mailed to you prior to the meeting. Please
ensure you provide the best mailing address during the registration process. You
won’t want to miss on out on this jam-packed surprise package, so don’t delay
in registering!
Payment
AHRI accepts Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
Cancellations
Registration cancellations
will incur a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided, less the $50
fee, if AHRI receives your cancellation notice via email by November 11. No
refunds will be given after November 11. To cancel, please email Lauren Miller at lmiller@ahrinet.org.
TO REGISTER
Please
check the appropriate areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions
you will attend. Fill out all “Registration Questions” during the
registration process, including your mailing address. For those participating
in the Virtual 5K Run/Walk, please include your t-shirt size during the registration
process.
Following completion of your
registration, you will receive two emails: The first will be your registration
confirmation summarizing the sessions you selected and a confirmation of your
registration payment. The second, sent about a week before the Leadership Forum,
will include instructions to create your login for the Leadership Forum’s virtual
platform, Pathable. Both emails will be sent from noreply@ahrinet.org. Please ensure you
whitelist this email address to prevent emails from being delivered to your
spam folder. Please visit the Virtual Platform Information Tab for more
information and to familiarize yourself with the meeting’s virtual platform.
PRESS
Registration is complimentary
for the first two (2) representatives from a qualified working press organization.
After the first two representatives, press from the same company will be
charged the full registration fee.
