2012 AHRI Spring Meeting

Please join us for the 2012 Spring Meeting of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, one of the nation’s larger trade associations representing more than 300 manufacturing companies within the global HVACR and water-heater industry.
This year’s meeting will once again take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202 Tel. 703-920-3230, the site of last year's Spring Meeting. The hotel offers an ideal location for business in the Washington Metropolitan area, just minutes away from Washington Reagan National Airport and museums, monuments, and the many attractions of the nation’s capital. Surrounded by Arlington’s best shopping and dining, the Crystal Gateway Marriott is easily accessible by the Yellow and Blue Metro lines at the Crystal City Metro stop (conveniently located in the hotel) or via shuttle or taxi from the region's major transportation hubs.
AHRI Annual and Spring meetings are open only to employees of member companies and invited guests.

Registration Fee:
$250 until April 16, 2012
$300 after April 16, 2012.
Cancellation:
Refunds for cancellations will incur a $100.00 administrative fee. Refunds for cancellations, less the $100.00 fee, will be provided if AHRI receives notice via email to Brittany Buchanan at bbuchanan@ahrinet.org by April 16, 2012. After April 16, 2012, no refunds will be given. Attendee substitutions will be allowed.

AHRI Group Rate: $229.00 per night, plus tax (currently 10%). The rate includes complimentary high-speed Internet access and a flat $15.00 overnight and daily garage parking fee for all AHRI guests. These rates will be in effect May 5-14, 2012. If you book a reservation at the hotel at a rate lower than the $229.00 group rate through another outlet for the entire AHRI Spring Meeting, please notify Carol Loughney (cloughney@ahrinet.org) or Brittany Buchanan (bbuchanan@ahrinet.org) so that AHRI receives credit for your booking.
Cutoff Date: Reservations must be received on or before Monday, April 16, 2012. After this date, reservations will be based on a space- and rate-available basis.
Check in: 4:00 p.m.
Check out: 12:00 p.m.
The Crystal Gateway Marriott offers direct, in-lobby access to the Crystal City Metro stop of the Blue and Yellow lines, just one stop north of Reagan National Airport. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service to Reagan National Airport every fifteen minutes between 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. From the airport, proceed to the "Hotel Shuttle" pickup area and look for the Crystal Gateway Marriott van. For return transportation to the airport, wait in the Hotel Lobby where the shuttle driver will announce departures.
