AHRI Hydronics Institute Section meetings are open only to employees of member companies, invited press, and guests.

Cancellation:
Refunds for cancellations will incur a $100.00 administrative fee. Refunds for cancellations, less the $100.00 fee, will be provided if AHRI receives notice via email to Brittany Buchanan at bbuchanan@ahrinet.org by April 23, 2012. After April 23, 2012, no refunds will be given. Attendee substitutions will be allowed.

Hotel Reservations:
Please call the Reservations Department at 1-855-894-8698 and identify yourself as being with the AHRI Hydronics Institute Section to make a room reservation or click here to make your on-line reservation.
AHRI Group Rate: Rooms have been set aside at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club for the group rate of $159 per night, plus 15% taxes. The group rate will be in effect May 13-18, 2012. If you book a reservation at the hotel at a rate lower than the $159.00 group rate through another outlet, please notify Carol Loughney (cloughney@ahrinet.org) or Brittany Buchanan (bbuchanan@ahrinet.org) so that the HI section receives credit for your booking.
Cutoff Date: Reservations must be received on or before April 23, 2012 in order to qualify for the group rate. After this date, reservations will be based on a space- and rate-available basis.
Reservation Cancellation:
Cancellation of individual reservations may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.

Check out: 11:00 a.m.
An attendee wishing to have special consideration for late check out should inquire at the front desk the morning of departure.
