2016 AHRI Spring Meeting

Please join us for the 2016 Spring Meeting of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute.
This year’s meeting will take place at the Hyatt
Regency Reston Town Center, 1800
Presidents Street, Reston, Va., just minutes from the Dulles International
Airport and the thriving Reston Town Center. Surrounded by stores and
restaurants, the Hyatt Regency Reston Town Center is a quick shuttle ride to the
Wiehle-Reston East Metro stop on Metro’s Silver Line.
AHRI's Annual and Spring meetings are open only to employees of member companies and invited guests.
When:
Monday, May 2, 2016 – Wednesday, May 4, 2016
Registration Fee:
- $300 through April 11, 2016
- $350 after April 11, 2016
Cancellation:
Refunds will be provided, less a
$100 administrative fee, if AHRI receives notice via email to Kelsey
Fonnett Kfonnett@ahrinet.org by April 11, 2016. After April 11, no refunds will
be given. Attendee substitutions will be allowed.

The group hotel block for the AHRI Spring Meeting has sold out and our group rate is no longer available. As of now there are still rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Town Center, however space and rates are now based on availability. Please use the hotel link provided below to book your room at the Hyatt. Also, listed in the Hotel Info tab are alternative hotel options if rooms at the Hyatt are unavailable. The Hyatt Regency Reston Town Center
offers a free airport shuttle service to and from Dulles International Airport
every hour on the hour, from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m on curbs 2A and 2H. Click

Fairfax County connector is located adjacent to the hotel and runs Bus #505 on
a 20 minute loop to/from Wiehle-Reston East Metro. Click Here to
