Registration for the AHRI
Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies, qualified
sponsoring company representatives, working press representatives, and invited
guests. Please note that some sessions are invitation-only.
Registration Fees
Early Registration (by Sept. 29): $800.00
Regular Registration (Sept. 30
– Oct. 28): $850.00
Late Registration (after Oct.
28 and on-site): $900.00
Online registration for the Leadership
Forum will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4. After
November 4, registration is available on-site only, during the following dates
and times:
Saturday, November 12 12:00
PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, November 13 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday, November 14 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, November 15 7:00
AM – 2:30 PM
The registration fee covers
attendance at all general sessions and breakout meetings; the Welcome Reception
and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s
Reception and Dinner; the Incoming Chairman’s Breakfast, Sports Awards, and closing
Keynote Speaker; and Tuesday’s Closing Lunch with Keynote Speaker. Sporting
events, sightseeing tours, and the spouse event are priced separately and are
not included in the registration fee. Please include payment for these
activities with your registration fee.
Spouse/Guest Registration
The registration fee for a
spouse or guest (not a business colleague) accompanying a member registrant is
complimentary and entitles them to attend the Welcome Reception and Dinner;
Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s
Reception and Dinner; the Incoming Chairman’s Breakfast, Sports Awards and closing
Keynote Speaker; and Tuesday’s Closing Lunch with Keynote Speaker. Spouses and
guests may not attend committee or breakout meetings.
When registering your guest,
please ensure you provide their email address in the required email entry field
on the registration page.
Payment
AHRI accepts Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellations
Registration cancellations
will incur a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided, less the $100
fee, if AHRI receives a cancellation notice via email by October 28. After
October 28, no refunds will be provided, but attendee substitutions will be
allowed. To cancel or request a substitution, email Lauren Miller at lmiller@ahrinet.org.
TO REGISTER
Please check the appropriate
areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions, breakout meetings,
social functions, sports activities, and tours you and your spouse/guest will
attend. Your registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you
provide.
Please complete the Registration
Questions section of the registration form by listing the following
information, if applicable: your emergency contact information; dietary
restrictions; golf handicap and foursome request; rental clubs request;
any tour restrictions; your t-shirt size if you are participating in the Rees
Scholarship Foundation 5K Fun Run/Walk; and any other personal information we might
need to make your participation more enjoyable.
If
you have already registered and need to add your spouse/guest or otherwise
modify your registration, please follow these steps:
· - Log in
with your email and password
· - Click
on the “My Transactions” tab
· - Scroll
down and click the “Add Spouse” or “Add Session” link next to the event title,
AHRI 2022 Leadership Forum.
NOTE: Please make sure you do not
click “Add Session” next to “Spouse” if you are adding sessions to your own agenda.
