The CCMIT in Linthicum Heights, Maryland is one of the largest accredited training and conference centers in the Baltimore/Washington area offering attendees an environment for productive education and training. The Conference Center is nestled within 80 acres of rolling grounds with room for jogging, walking, and other outdoor activities. The campus is located just minutes from BWI Airport, BWI Amtrak Station, and the Baltimore Light Rail Station. It is also accessible throughout the Mid-Atlantic region via Interstates I-95, MD-295, and I-695. Parking is complimentary for all guests, and complimentary shuttle service to/from BWI Airport and the BWI Amtrak Station operates on a 24-hour basis.

A stay at the CCMIT includes your guest room with complimentary Internet access, three all-you-can- eat buffet meals per day, AM and PM refreshment breaks, and complimentary use of the recreational facilities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and game room.  

Each guest room at CCMIT comes fully equipped with the following:

·         private bath
·         one or two queen beds
·         cable television
·         high speed Internet connection
·         coffee maker
·         refrigerator
·         large work desk with leather chair

 
Housing Reservations

The HVACR & Mechanical Conference overnight guest room rates, inclusive of all taxes and three meals a day beginning with dinner the day of arrival and ending with lunch the day of departure, are:

      Single:            $213.82 per person, per day
      Double:           $160.71 per person, per day
     
The above rates include 6% Maryland State Tax and 7% County Tax.

To make a housing reservation with the CCMIT, click the link below and enter the  Group Booking ID 21899,  select "Get Dates", then "Submit". On the next screen, select your dates, room, and the number of people per room, and “Continue Online Reservation.” You will then complete your Guest Information and credit card information to hold your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until you check in, at which time you may change your method of payment. The credit card information will hold your reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Please be sure to use either the latest version of Internet Explorer or another browser to complete the online reservation process at CCMIT since their updated system does not support older versions of IE.

To make a reservation for a double room, you must call the CCMIT to make your reservation over the phone.

If you plan to arrive before March 7, or if you want to make a reservation for your spouse, you should contact the CCMIT front desk staff at 410-859-5700 to make a reservation.

The CCMIT reservation cut-off date is February 20, 2015. After February 20, reservation requests will be handled based on space and rate availability. Cancellations may be made until 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge for a one night stay plus tax.

Day Guest Package
 
If you do not plan to stay at the conference center, you MUST register as a "Day Guest" for each day you will attend the conference.
The daily "Day Guest" rate is $85 per person, per day on Monday and Tuesday and $60 per person, per day on Wednesday. The rate includes:
 
- Centralized AM and PM break service from 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM and from 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- All-you-can-eat lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and dinner buffet in the main dining room on Monday and Tuesday
- Complimentary parking
- Wireless Internet
 
*Please note that Wednesday's Day Guest Package does not include dinner.
 
 
 
Transportation
 
CCMIT offers free shuttle service to/from the Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Thurgood Marshall Airport, the BWI Amtrak Station, and the BWI Light Rail Station. There is no need to make advance reservations. Upon arrival at these locations, please contact CCMIT's front desk staff members at (410) 859-5700, extension "0," to make transportation arrangements. BWI Airport courtesy van pick-ups are restricted to zones 1, 3 and 4 only.
