HOTEL RESERVATIONS
AHRI has reserved a limited number of rooms at The Kimpton Sawyer at a group rate of $249.00 per night, plus taxes. AHRI’s room block cutoff date is May 17, after which reservations may be made only on a space- and rate- available basis. We strongly encourage you to book your hotel room early as our group block may sell out before the cutoff date. Once AHRI’s block is full, please reserve your hotel room directly through the Kimpton Sawyer.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel guests may cancel their guest room reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or changes to reservations within 48 hours of their scheduled arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
Check In/Check Out
The Kimpton Sawyer check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the closest airport to the hotel. It is a 15-minute ride via taxicab, Uber, or Lyft, all of which are available from the airport.
