AHRI's 2013 Annual Meeting

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The AHRI 2014 Annual Meeting group rate for a standard single or double coastal view room is $245 per room, per night, plus state and local taxes, currently 10.20%, plus a Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District charge of $1 per occupied room night. The rate includes complimentary Internet access in the sleeping rooms. There is no resort fee. If you are interested in booking a suite, please contact the resort directly.
The AHRI group rates will be in effect November 13-19, 2014. The group rate will be offered three days before and three days after these dates, based on availability.

Reservation Deadline
Thursday, October 23, 2014, is the guest room reservation cutoff date. After October 23, reservations may be made only on a space and rate available basis.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night's room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Resort will not hold any reservation unless it is secured by one of these methods. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will be charged one night’s room rate.
Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. There is a $75 fee assessed should you check out prior to your scheduled departure.
Resort Parking
Valet parking is $25 per car, per night. Self-parking is complimentary.
TRANSPORTATION
The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is about 45 minutes from the resort. For your convenience in returning to the San Diego International Airport on Wednesday, November 19, AHRI has arranged for motor coach service from Omni La Costa Resort & Spa every hour on the hour between 4:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for a flat fee of $50 per person. Please list your flight departure time, airline, and flight number in the "Registration Questions" section of the Event Registration and select "Transportation to San Diego International Airport" under Sessions when you register.
UNITED AIRLINES DISCOUNT
AHRI has arranged for a 10% full/non-restricted and a 5% discounted/restricted fare through United Airlines for travel between November 13-21, 2014, to San Diego International Airport (SAN).

A reservation charge of $25 per ticket will apply for tickets purchased through the 800 number.
ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR DISCOUNT
