2018 AHRI Spring Meeting

Please
join us for the 2018 Spring Meeting of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and
Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
This year’s meeting will take place
at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor, 300 Light Street Baltimore, Maryland. The hotel is perfectly placed on the Inner
Harbor in downtown Baltimore, close to many shops and restaurants. The nearest airport is Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI).
AHRI’s Annual and Spring meetings
are open only to employees of member companies and invited guests.

Registration Fee:
$350 through April 16, 2018
$400 after April 16, 2018
Online registration for the AHRI Spring
Meeting will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30. After April 30, registration is available on-site
only, during the following dates and times:
Monday, May 7 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Tuesday, May 8 7:30
A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Wednesday, May 9
7:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Cancellation:
Refunds will be provided, less a
$100 administrative fee, if AHRI receives notice via email to Kelsey
Clark at Kclark@ahrinet.org by April 30, 2018. After
April 30, no refunds will be given. Attendee substitutions will be allowed.

THIS YEAR
Join
AHRI staff and fellow meeting attendees at a Welcome Reception hosted on Monday
evening from 5pm–6:30pm. This reception is in addition to our traditional Opening
Reception, hosted on Tuesday evening. We hope you will take advantage of this
additional networking opportunity!
Join AHRI staff and fellow
runners to kick off the morning right while taking in the sights of Baltimore’s
Inner Harbor. Focus on your physical fitness before you mentally focus on your
meetings. To join our AHRI staff-led morning runs, select the “Tuesday Morning
Inner Harbor Run” and/or “Wednesday Morning Inner Harbor Run” during the event
registration process. Please meet your fellow runners in the main lobby
of the hotel by 5:55 AM. On your mark, get set, go!
